Allison Miller is a leader who is passionate about helping people and organizations reach their potential. Ms. Miller currently directs all Theodore Leadership initiatives and teaches the leadership classes at Theodore High School. Before coming to Theodore in 2017, Ms. Miller served as the Executive Administrator at an ARC church where she challenged individuals to use their unique gifts and abilities to make a difference. Before full-time ministry, she worked for over a decade at Mary G. Montgomery High School teaching English, history, and leadership and was honored as the High School Teacher of the Year for the Mobile County Public School System. Ms. Miller earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and English from the University of Mobile and holds a Masters of Business Administration and Non-Profit Management Certification from the University of South Alabama. She is a graduate of Leadership Mobile and is an official local preliminary judge for the Miss America Organization. Ms. Miller leads a Propel Women chapter and serves on the Dream Team at the Church of the Highlands Mobile Bay Campus. She owns the interview consulting company Maid by Miller.
